Online, July 23, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Nexus Q, the latest release of Google is a media streaming player that is Android based. The Q as it has been called by Google is a major new addition to Google applications. The aim of Google to bring out this new application player is to address the needs of customers bring more original content into their living rooms.

Current competition between the Nexus Q and the Apple TV has seemingly notched up with Sonos and Logitech as well. The Sony application for media player is also in competition with the Nexus Q. The pricing for Nexus Q is evidently the third of apple TV and a price cut with a number of such competitive application features is expected to follow and come out a winner in the Q.

Sony, Apple and Logitech are close in following these developments and it is only a matter of time before the more stronger in terms of pricing, placement and promotions would take the lead.
