The project centers around a product with a substantial technical debt that needed to be reduced and kept stable by the MERA testing team. The customer also requested MERA’s engineering team to extend the product with new features, which required rapid response and testing from MERA’s QA professionals. MERA successfully achieved all the project objectives due to the utilization of the following best practices: test escape analysis, QA break and destroy session, alpha testing and others.
