Mesriani Law Group Assists Client to Recover Payment for Unpaid Goods Amounting to $153,618

The corporate and business law division of the Mesriani Law Group - a leading law firm in Los Angeles and Southern California - has successfully recovered for its client $153,618 as payment for unpaid goods.

Los Angeles - The corporate and business law division of the Mesriani Law Group - a leading law firm in Los Angeles and Southern California - has successfully recovered for its client $153,618 as payment for unpaid goods.

Records show that the client, a company engaged in selling fabric and linings, had entered into both an oral and written contract with another company, the buyer, which purchased the goods and paid it later as agreed.

The transactions between the two companies continued for seven years. And as arranged, the client, which is the seller, shipped the order to the buyer and sent the good including the invoice specifying the merchandise ordered and the cost.

As agreed and written on the invoice receipt, the buyer is obligated to remit payment of the goods once it is delivered and if the buyer fails to make timely payments, he would be liable for any and all the costs of collection, including legal fees, interests, and other expenses.

However, in February 2010, the buyer failed to continue making payments and did not communicate with the seller.

As a result, the seller immediately sought the assistance to demand recovery of its losses from the buyer.

With assistance and representation from the skilled and experienced attorneys of the corporate and business division of the Mesriani Law Group, the client was able to successfully negotiate and secure payment for the overdue remittance.

Mesriani Law Group has again helped a client recover from its losses.
