Run by Michael Dadson and Jeanette Dadson, Gentle Currents Therapy helps frontline workers, veterans, adults, adolescents, and couples by providing them with the knowledge and tools to remain present and in control while facing difficult emotions, thoughts, and sensations.
Gentle Currents Therapy approaches trauma-focused counselling through a combination of short-term psychotherapies with long-term counselling practices, including cognitive behavioural therapy, immersion therapy, and neurofeedback therapy.
