Michigan City, Indiana Announces Search For Master Developer For Public-Private Partnership
Online, August 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - CHICAGO, IL, - The Redevelopment Commission of Michigan City, Indiana is currently seeking a master developer or team to submit qualifications to create a transformative mixed-use development on 25 acres in Michigan City. The site is located directly across Trail Creek from the Blue Chip Resort & Casino, four blocks from Lake Michigan (Washington Park), two blocks from downtown and four blocks from Lighthouse Place Premium Outlet Mall.
This Request for Qualifications process will result in a top-ranked firm/team that will work with the Redevelopment Commission to create and execute a development plan for the 25-acre Trail Creek Redevelopment Area.
Hunden Strategic Partners is working with the City to conduct the search and review qualifications from developers/development teams to design and construct as the project.
