Michigan Lean Consortium offers lean training at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
Online, March 15, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Michigan Lean Consortium (MLC), along with the Pawley Learning Institute at Oakland University, will be hosting a lean training March 26 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, located at 1403 S. Creyts Road in Lansing.
Attendees will learn about lean culture, leadership standard work and objectives alignment from Ken LePage, associate vice president of Process Excellence for St. Joseph Mercy Oakland; Debra Setman, executive director of Strategy Development and Business Improvement at Johnson & Johnson; and Chris Wilson, retired director of Business Excellence for Amway.
This event will also give attendees the opportunity to join the MLC, allowing them to attend MLC events for free. The registration deadline is Friday, March 19.
