Michigan Therapy Institute Celebrates 15 Year Anniversary

Leading physical therapy clinic celebrates 15 years in business offering people a choice in outpatient care

WARREN, Mich. - In October 1995, the first Michigan Therapy Institute (MTI) clinic opened in Warren, MI with only a handful of patients. Now, 15 years later, and over 6,000 Detroiter's served, MTI is still offering their clients a superb choice in outpatient physical therapy.

"In college I had an idea to start a business that people could benefit from, now I have a successful business that assists thousands of individuals back to healthy and active lifestyles," says Trish Pantelli, MA, CCC-SLP, founder/CEO of Michigan Therapy Institute. "I started MTI because I believed in the philosophy of delivering personalized care to individuals in need of physical therapy."

The first MTI clinic opened at 2117 Eleven Mile Road in Warren. By offering patients quality and compassionate physical therapy care with optimum results; the Warren location quickly grew, expanding with additional office space and staff.

Currently, the Warren location has five clinicians onsite ready to assist people on the road to recovery. PT clinical staff includes: Shalin Lashkari, MSPT, Teraneh Huotari, MPT, Gayle Colthurst, P.T./DPT, Rhonda Walker, MPT and Anthony Scully, P.T.A.

"I am extremely thankful to have such a great staff. Their hard work and dedication has added to the value of the company and its success. I must say that I am very lucky to have found such a great group of people that share MTI's vision and together we're delivering our patients with a great environment, private consultations, and tender, loving care," said Pantelli.

Not only does MTI offer an array of specialized services to accommodate a variety of patient needs, but each staff member believes in providing patients with quality therapeutic choices.
