MicroAutomation Adds Industry Leader to Its Healthcare Insurance Solutions Practice

Former Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) IT Executive Joins MicroAutomation's Contact Center Automation Team

MicroAutomation, a leading provider of contact center solutions, announced the appointment of Trevor Lee as their new Director of Client Services for its Healthcare Insurance Solutions Practice.

Trevor comes to MicroAutomation with almost 30 years of experience in Information Technology related fields, including having recently served as the Manager of IT Operations at Noridian Healthcare Solutions. Noridian is a leading Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) processing Medicare Part A/Part B and DME claims for several CMS jurisdictions.

Trevor brings a valuable mix of subject matter expertise and proven technology leadership. We are excited with the fresh insight and industry thought leadership Trevor can provide to our existing and new customers in assisting them optimize their contact center operations and better serve their customers.

Trevor brings extensive experience in all aspects of contact center operations and automation supporting CMS providers, including the development of a comprehensive web portal, support, and enhancement of a high-containment self-service IVR, implementation of an integrated CRM system and contact center performance analytics.
