Microsoft SharePoint Enthusiasts to Convene at Free LA Event

Online, March 3, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Architects, developers and other professionals experienced with Microsoft's SharePoint software will be in attendance at this weekend's SharePoint Saturday event in Los Angeles to spread their knowledge to others about the program's benefits and capabilities. Nedra Allmond and Christian Buckley serve as the lead organizers and co-chairs of the free event which will be held at Santa Monica College on Saturday, April 2nd.

The all-day event will feature more than 20 sessions led by working professionals skilled in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. Some of the session topics include:

• Migration
• Custom workflow features and developments
• Customization and use of social components
• Case management
• Web application development
• SharePoint success factors and new features
