"My Life After Hate" is the anticipated peace missive of former-white-power-skinhead-turned-do-gooder Arno Michaels. Arno founded the monthly online magazine Life After Hate (www.lifeafterhate.org) in January 2010 and it has grown to include community outreach programming that addresses the roots of violence and how to eradicate it. The author will be present at the book launch party and will be reading excerpts and signing copies.
The Milwaukee-based Michaels renounced racism and hatred 15 years ago and has dedicated his life to righting such wrongs ever since. He has been featured on Earl Ingram's radio show and is becoming a sought-after voice in the dialogue on race and peace in the nation. All proceeds from book sales go into expanding Life After Hate's programs and audience. You can order the print copy or download the free e-book at http://lifeafterhate.org/my-life-after-hate/.
