MindLink Launches 'Enterprise Chat' Server Trial
London, United Kingdom, August 17, 2015 (Newswire.com) - MindLink Software, developer of secure, integrated Enterprise Chat applications has today announced the availability of a free trial for users of Lync & Skype for Business.
The trial allows companies not only to test the Enterprise Chat functionality but also to incorporate it within their own Lync/ Skype for Business environments for an integrated user experience.
“Organisations have historically suffered from ‘email overload’ but struggled to find a secure, compliant solution which eliminates these issues, runs on both desktop and mobile clients and also integrates easily with the rest of the collaboration estate,” says Justin Forrest, CEO, MindLink. “Users of cloud products expect to be able to try before they buy. We want to ensure that companies concerned with data security, which prefer to run their tools on premise can now do exactly the same, with no lengthy sign-up processes or complex agreements.”
Trial customers can also make use of the MindLink for SharePoint integration and explore how the MindLink API enables integration with internal line-of-business systems such as CRM and others. The MindLink Server trial is available immediately for mobile clients, including iOS, Android and BlackBerry, as well as desktop operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux distributions.
“We are pleased to see MindLink deliver group and persistent chat for Skype for Business users to extend the communications experience and enable people everywhere to connect and achieve more together”, says Aamer Kaleem, CTO Skype for Business at Microsoft Corp.
