Mioot has launched upgraded version of their e-ticket functionality. with this enhanced feature, customer's can configure their e-mails in to mioot's ticket system. Once configured , all the mails will automatically be converted in to tickets and docked in mioot's ticket board.This is also bundled with ticket insertions from the chat panel as well as from the web form.
The ticket board has the option to assign the ticket to the appropriate person , update the progress etc. Also , mioot live chat system will automatically fire e-mails to the ticket owner when ever there is an update made on the ticket. In this way , each and every progress is automatically updated to the originator.
