24 sessions will be available all aimed to provide the tools and techniques to handle today's challenges and opportunities. Sessions are divided into three categories according to fundraising experience level:
• Green Level (Practical) Sessions are open to all delegates and are for those who are new to professional fundraising or want to learn more about a specific topic.
• Yellow Level (Strategic) Sessions are for experienced practitioners as they offer more advanced instruction for those with several years of fundraising experience.
• Red Level (Leadership) Sessions are for experts and senior leaders as they are exclusive to those with ten or more years of experience.
AFP will also be presenting the 2012 New Fundraising Professional award at the event luncheon to recognize an individual who has between two and five years of experience in fundraising and has been selected by peers due to their career achievements, personal volunteer service and a commitment to the profession.
