Jackson, WY, April 6, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Mitchell Madison Group, a leading provider of professional consulting services to Fortune 500 organizations, today announced that it has contracted with a large, US-based manufacturer to provide strategic sourcing to address a spend of nearly $1.5 billion with cost-savings goals of nearly $80 million.
The project is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2015 and initial cost savings for the client are expected to be realized beginning in June of this year.

The next steps for Mitchell Madison Group as part of this strategic sourcing initiative will include completing detailed data collection, conducting an in-depth review of spend, and addressing logistics issues. The project is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2015.
