MMI Commercial Capital Partners To Offer Commercial Real Estate Financing of $1MM-$100MM

Mark McClure International announced Tuesday it was launching MMI Commercial Capital Partners to handle the recent demand for commercial real estate financing needs in the commercial real estate sector. The firm will do deals from $1MM to $100MM.

MMI Commercial Capital Partners, a division of Mark McClure International (MMI) (www.MarkMcClureLive.com), was formed for the purpose of securing debt and equity financing for viable commercial real estate, as well as investing in and acquiring projects for its own account.

Over the past several years MMI Capital Partners principal, Mark McClure, has built strong relationships with a close group of individual investors and lenders on a global scale due to the numerous entertainment projects he has financed and produced in addition to the hundreds of national and international speaking engagements he has conducted for public audiences and corporations alike. In addition, McClure has negotiated and closed deals from $100K to more than $100 million on 4 separate continents and his sales, marketing and entrepreneurial experience has been in such demand that he has consulted to and helped train more than two hundred of the FORTUNE 500 sales teams. MMI Commercial Capital Partners will look at commercial real estate deals from $1MM to $100 million from a debt stand point and will participate with equity for projects of $3MM and up. Their "sweet spot" are office, mixed use, retail, hotels (branded preferably, but will look at boutique with strong management), multi-family and some construction.
