Mobile App Kinkle Eliminates Barriers Between Chat and Networking Apps
Australian based investment firm Born of Success has announced the launch of its first major project, a free social messaging service called Kinkle.
Sydney, December 26, 2014 (Newswire.com) - With a super-slick design and highly intuitive UI, users can login through Facebook or a new Kinkle account and will immediately start seeing people they know or meet new faces by browsing the People section. To invite someone into your network, just swipe up. Conversations can also be kept private with Flash messages.
Users can message each other with text, pictures or video and may also use timed 'Flash' messages. This feature only times out while the receiver is viewing the message, so users get much more out of just a few seconds of interaction. Kinkle also allows users to create their own unique profile, and includes the option of having a video profile.
"Kinkle eliminates the barrier between messaging your friends and making new connections"
Karl Bealing, Founder
While Kinkle provides users with added convenience in communicating, it is the way users find and meet people that truly sets Kinkle apart from other apps.
Kinkle features a very-well designed interactive world map, which users may explore by dropping a pin on any point and search for people within that area by filtering a number of criteria including age, distance, location, or gender.
An interactive “People wall” gives users the option of browsing many people at once, and the wall rotates between portrait and landscape views depending on how the device is held. Users will notice people with mutual friends or interests, and may begin interacting with them immediately by just swiping up. Kinkle keeps things interesting by always showing users new people, even after everyone matching a certain criteria is found.
“Essentially, what we’ve created is an extremely simple way for users to meet others around the world or chat with friends effortlessly. There’s no need to change between networking apps or chat apps after you install Kinkle.” Karl Bealing, founder of Kinkle, says.
Kinkle will be available for download from the Apple app store in early January 2015.
