Before finding her calling in real estate, Ms. Haines began her career as an inside sales representative for an advertising company. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Haines said:

"I sold advertising to a real estate company, and I liked them so much that I ended up working with them in other capacities. One day the owner said to me, ‘Why don't you go get your real estate license?’ So, I went and got my license, and the rest is history."
