Moran Transportation Corporation Invests in Electric Spotter - Reduces Carbon Foot Print
Company officials say that the new electric truck will have an immediate and substantial effect on reducing their carbon foot print. The new unit is expected to reduce their daily energy consumption for this spotting unit by more than 80%.
Elk Grove Village, IL, March 4, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Moran Transportation Corporation announced today that it has purchased its first electric yard spotter for use in their Chicago operation. Company officials say that the new electric truck will have an immediate and substantial effect on reducing their carbon foot print. The new unit is expected to reduce their daily energy consumption for this spotting unit by more than 80%.
