MOS Makes an App For That

Baltimore-based creative firm launches new app site, using social trends to benefit businesses with innovative and entertaining mobile marketing.

Baltimore, MD. - MOS Creative plans to launch its own app site, MOS Mobile, in mid-to-late February to benefit companies looking to reach and interact with consumers through mobile access on their phones.

As marketing trends progress toward building closer, stronger relationships with consumers, MOS suggests companies create an app for their business. The strategy behind business apps is to encourage customer interaction and practical use while cultivating real conversations with people rather than advertising at them. By bringing a company's offerings straight to consumers' phones, products and services become readily available at all times.

With the vision of customizing an app unique to each client, Alex Kutsishin, VP and creative director of MOS explains, "Apart from the creative aspect, we can build practical apps for practical use." Consumers could, for example, skim through and order from a restaurant's mobile menu, search home listings from a realtor's database, or play an interactive game reinforcing the brand's image, all right from their phones.

By downloading the apps from the MOS Mobile site, consumers will be able to interact with these easy-to-use applications made for the companies from which they buy products and services. Although focusing mainly on creating apps for companies, MOS is already developing a series of fun and eccentric apps. Taking app-making to an imaginative level, "Rubbha-Buddha" is an app designed to give good fortune to all who rub or "give a little tickle" to the blue Buddha's belly.
