MSU Advertising, Retailing, and PR Leads The Way
Online, November 17, 2009 (Newswire.com) - East Lansing, Mich. - Michigan State University offers programs in these three fields that are internationally recognized. The three main elements that the program centers around are creativity, technology, and an international orientation. MSU offers an undergraduate in both advertising and retailing, and a specialization in public relations. These specific programs are some of the largest in the nation.
Along with these recognized programs, Michigan State University offers many opportunities to gain further knowledge and a hands on experiences of these fields. There are three different study abroad programs in this specific department. There is also a semester-long exchange program with a university in the Netherlands for Retailing students.
For graduate students, a Master of Arts degree in Advertising or Public Relations, a Master of Science degree in Retailing and a Ph.D. degree in Retailing is offered. The Master of Arts programs offers professional training for students interested in careers in advertising or public relations management, research, and media. The Master of Science in Retailing program allows graduates to research retailing systems and specialize in either consumer behavior, human resource management, or international retailing.
