Multicultural Children's Book Series, Real Street Kidz, Inspires Kids to Create "Good Ideas" With Book #3

Author Quentin Holmes sparks new life into children's literature with a global call to action. Good Ideas is more than just the title of his new book; it's a champion's call to children everywhere to Create, Participate, and Share their own unique Good Ideas.

On November 3rd author, entrepreneur, and brand creator Quentin Holmes released Good Ideas, the third book in the Real Street Kidz Multicultural Children’s Book Series.  In this latest edition The Real Street Kidz are faced with upcoming school elections that threaten to challenge them in completely unexpected ways.  The Real Street Kidz social lives, communities, and even their friendships are on the line, and a double-dose of Good Ideas are the only way to prevent things from turning into utter disaster!

In addition to the book, Quentin continued building on his Good Ideas theme by partnering with several bright energetic kids from the Watts/Willowbrook Boys & Girls club (of California) to generate an inspirational short form video. Quentin wrote the script while the kids both acted and assisted with the video’s production. The end result was a call to children across the globe to create good ideas, participate in good ideas, and share those good ideas on social media using the hashtag #GoodIdeas.

With the release of this video, Quentin has created an atmosphere to rally today’s social-media active youth, towards making a real difference. And this approach is already yielding success.  On November 6th, the short form video was shown to over seventy-five kids at the Watts/Willowbrook Boys & Girls Club. The kids were asked to come up with good ideas to improve their club and their local community. So far they’ve already come up with over twenty-five good ideas and counting.

Quentin Holmes is emphatic in his hopes that through this book and video that he will inspire children to make a huge impact on their communities, as well as the entire world by sharing their own good ideas. In a passionate appeal to parents and educators Quentin is quoted as saying, “Let's take the limits off today's kids. They don't need to wait until they’re old in order to change the world.”  Please join this cause and encourage all the kids you know to read Good Ideas and add their ideas to this worldwide cause.  It really is a good idea!

Q, Jazz, Chase, Ginger, Los, Kawena, and Lucky, are the adventure seeking Real Street Kidz. An extraordinary group of kids who live life in a big way and prove that you’re never too young to make a difference. Things really get worse when their old rival Junior puts the entire school in jeopardy with his “Me First” re-election campaign for school president. Q and Jazz decide to run against him to stop Junior’s reckless campaign from ruining the student body, but that’s when things become even worse! The entire school becomes divided and everyone is desperate for an infusion of Good Ideas to help put things back together again. Whose side will the friends choose? Which side would you choose? Making the wrong choice could cost everyone a lot more than just a school election; it could cost everyone a better world!
