Online, February 4, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney PC announces the induction of Senior Shareholder William Kronenberg into the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Seven attorneys from Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney are now ABOTA members, which makes it one of the best recognized trial firms in the state. Membership is by nomination only and is restricted to trial lawyers of high personal character and honorable reputation with a high number of qualifying jury trials.
"Will's courtroom experience and advocacy of trial by jury make him an excellent addition to the organization. An invitation to join ABOTA is recognition of countless hours worth of commitment to one's clients and to learning the craft of trial advocacy. It is a proud achievement for Will and for our firm to have such a high membership total," said Michael Bradley, managing director of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney and recently elected president of ABOTA.
Kronenberg's practice focuses on the defense of high exposure cases in the areas of wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, products liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, professional liability and bad faith actions. He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict in state and federal courts, including the defense of six wrongful death claims in California, Texas and Montana. Kronenberg also has served as special trial counsel at the request of institutional clients who faced difficult liability issues or significant financial exposure and counsels businesses and individuals in risk management and dispute avoidance.
In addition to ABOTA, Kronenberg is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Defense Research Institute. He is also a volunteer judge of the San Francisco Superior Court, appointed under the Bar Association of San Francisco's Early Settlement Program. Kronenberg earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado, School of Law (1987) and his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder (1983).
Founded in 1964, the San Francisco chapter of ABOTA is an association of experienced trial lawyers and judges.
