Murray Mazda Benefit For the Doernbecher Children's Hospital This Saturday

Online, May 18, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Portland, Ore - May 18, 2010 - Food, music, live auction, prizes, and smiles will all be part of the action this Saturday at Murray Mazda in Gresham, OR to raise money for the Doernbecher Children's Hospital.

Doernbecher Children's Hospital mission is to improve the health of children in need, around the greater Portland area. Murray Mazda recognizes all the hard work Doernbecher Children's Hospital is constantly doing for the children around the area, and wanted to get involved anyway possible. Murray Mazda will be donating a portion of every car sold to the Doernbecher Children's Hospital, as well as hosting the festivities.

The event will be this Saturday May 22, from noon to five pm. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than down at Murray Mazda eating some tasty BBQ, while listening to live music form The Shades. The Shades will be playing all the greatest rock and roll classics from the 50's, 60's, and 70's, to ensure a good time for all on-goers.

But live music, great BBQ, and prizes won't be the only thing taking place; a silent auction will be going on all afternoon. Participants will have the chance to win gift certificates to local restaurants, the chance to go on a trip, and many other prizes that will make your mouth drop and eyes widen.
