After experiencing her own health issues, Barbara reached out to practitioners who specialized in treating the whole person, body, mind, soul and spirit. She researched an array of modalities that use a variety of methods to shift energy and heal, including sound, imagery, bio photon light, music, plant medicine and nutrition.
