Nacco Materials Handling Group Inc Chooses the Cloud-Based Performance Center PRM Technology from Logicbay As Its Dealer Portal
NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc., manufacturers of the Hyster® and Yale® brands of lift trucks chooses LogicBay Corporation's Partner Relationship Management System.
Online, April 23, 2013 (Newswire.com) - LogicBay Corporation, a leading provider of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions and the cloud-based Performance Center™ partner portal technology, is pleased to announce an agreement to launch and deploy its Performance Center technology as NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc.'s dealer portal for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and AP (Asia Pacific).
NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc., manufacturers of the Hyster® and Yale® brands of lift trucks, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyster-Yale (NYSE: HY), and is a leading global manufacturer of a full range of electric, warehousing and internal combustion engine lift trucks, including big trucks. The company offers one of the most comprehensive lift truck product lines on a global basis. It offers a full range of over 100 models of lift trucks with lifting capacities up to 52 tons to meet the diverse requirements of its customer base. The company also offers specialized engineering capabilities to tailor standard products for specific customer needs.
The company distributes lift trucks and aftermarket parts primarily through two channels: independent dealers and a National Accounts program. Its independent dealers are located in 130 countries, and are generally independently owned and operated.
The company will be using the Performance Center as its primary point of entry for all dealers and distributors in EMEA and AP. Each dual-branded Dealer Portal will encapsulate Fleet, Services, Warranty, Parts, Aftermarket and Sales information. Additionally, the portal will provide SSO (Single Sign-on) to a multitude of internal and third-party systems that support the channel. The Performance Center will be initially deployed in 5 languages, including English. In addition to portal management, functions of the system will include content management, learning management, social management, marketing and communications management and more.
This deployment of the Performance Center will leverage the North American Portal Deployment of the Performance Center which was implemented nearly 3 years ago. Judith Steele, the program manager of this initiative, states, "We were very impressed with the Performance Center technology and the supporting services received from LogicBay in the US. It seemed like a natural for us to deploy a kindred system to manage our partners in EMEA and AP."
