National Automobile Museum Introduces Historical Thursday Talk on the Popular Products Introduced at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition
RENO, Nev., July 3, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The National Automobile Museum has announced its next topic for the Second Thursday Talks will feature a discussion on popular products introduced during the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition.
It will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018, 1:30-2 p.m., in the Museum's Theatre. Enjoy a 30-minute talk, Q&A, refreshments and a unique piece of history.
Cost: Free to Museum members. Included with paid admission. Otherwise, $5 per person to attend the talk.

Speaker: Carolyn Runnells, clothing historian
Carolyn Runnells is a Certified Interpretive Guide from the National Association for Interpretation, which focuses on the interpretation of science, arts and cultural history. She combines her love of history and her historic clothing as a vehicle to bring history to life. Her shows and presentations are used in museums, educational institutions, service organizations, tour organizations, historical societies and on cruise ships. Carolyn also developed the video “History Undressed” sold on Amazon. Teaching and sharing information is a passion that she has enjoyed and looks forward to doing for years to come.
