Nationally Recognized Forensic Loan Auditor Certification Training Class - March 2-4 - San Diego

This is a comprehensive 3-day training course designed to certify students as a "Forensic Loan Auditor".

This course will cover forensic loan auditing for possible violations of the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Home Ownership Equity Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and other pertinent State and Federal statutes and common law principles to look for in the loan documentation.

Forensic Loan Auditor Training is designed for all professionals in the mortgage, real estate, legal, and finance professions involved in loan modifications, lender litigation and/or forensic auditing. A basic knowledge of relevant loan transaction documents will be assumed.
