Netcelerate Services Generate Revenue for Customers
Netcelerate announced a customer win today; the Royal Executive Center in Kitchener-Waterloo has recently selected Netcelerate as a partner to increase their service offering.
Online, November 10, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Netcelerate announced a customer win today; the Royal Executive Center has recently selected Netcelerate as a partner to increase their service offering. The Royal Executive Center provides office space and meeting rooms as well as communication and reception services to businesses that require a workspace in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
With the Hosted PBX service provided by Netcelerate, the Royal Executive Center can now offer their customers individual telephone numbers instead of an extension of the original legacy phone system. These individual telephone numbers enable the Royal Executive Center to provide their customers with an affordable telephony solution that will grow with their companies.
"Netcelerate has the solutions, features and affordability, and call clarity that my clients demand," says Mike Bierstock, President of the Royal Executive Center. The Hosted PBX system allows each company to operate independently and also provides the option to route all calls through the Royal Executive Center's reception desk. The receptionist can greet callers according to the company number they have dialed- consequently allowing the Royal Executive Center to provide virtual reception services to their customers. "In this case, our Hosted PBX system provides a revenue-generating service for the Royal Executive Center and a scalable solution for their customers," says Jack Hunt, CEO of Netcelerate.
The Royal Executive Center is one of a growing list of customers who also act as resellers for Netcelerate. Netcelerate will provide telecommunication services to the Royal Executive Center for a three-year term to enable simplified communications, increased function and improved communications efficiency for the Royal Executive Center. Netcelerate will supply and manage these services using its private IP network and two redundant carrier class datacenters.
