NetDirector Goes Live With Invoice Management Interface
NetDirector of Tampa, Florida announces real-time data and document interface with Lender Processing Services (LPS) invoice management.
Online, August 15, 2011 (Newswire.com) - NetDirector, provider of a centralized data exchange service, today announced the availability of their real-time data and document interface with Lender Processing Services (LPS) invoice management. The invoice integration allows firms to upload invoice files with multiple supporting documents to the LPS invoice management platform without leaving their financial/accounting systems. This automated approach saves significant labor costs, improves data accuracy, and decreases payment cycles.
NetDirector partners with its subscribers to provide a solution that allows them to move data and documents securely with a myriad of industry trading partners, including, a national attorney/trustee network, mortgage loan servicers, title providers, process servers, publications and many more. Premium services include: 360° Military Compliance automation with SSN Finder, Bankruptcy PACER Suite, NetCorrect Address Validation/Correction, NetExtract Document to Data Conversion, and NetTracker Docket Monitoring. NetDirector now processes more than 4 million data and document transactions each month.
This new interface allows for invoice processing to LPS in real time thereby reducing the time it takes to prepare, submit and track invoices along with supporting documents. This version provides a substantial upgrade to previous batch method.
By using NetDirector's invoice interface, resource time and labor costs are significantly reduced as we provide the following value added functions:
• Allow for multiple invoices and supporting documents in one file (xml format)
• Handle the arduous task of retrieving the required LPS "document id" for each document before sending up your invoice
• Provide asynchronous responses (success/failure) with the most useful data parsed out for exception handling
• Monitor, store and forward if the LPS web service is unavailable
The first attorney firm to go live with the LPS Invoice Interface was Hutchens, Senter & Britton, Fayetteville, NC. Carol Stephens, firm administrator, states, "Our accounting department is already seeing the benefits of eliminating double invoice data entry and document uploads to LPS Invoice Management. This new automated approach provides significant labor savings while improving data accuracy. "
"We are pleased to now offer real-time LPS Invoice Integration for our subscriber network", said Harry Beisswenger, chief operating officer at NetDirector. "This important integration solution was really a joint effort between all parties. We really appreciate the efforts of LPS and Hutchens, Senter & Britton for their assistance with design, testing, and quality assurance. We look forward to other firms taking advantage of this next generation invoice/billing automation platform."
