New Apologetics Competition Resources

As many as 7 out of 10 children, who grow up in Christian homes, will not follow the Lord as adults. It is the heart of The Apollos Project to change this statistic by equipping parents to disciple their children and children to share their faith.

As many as 7 out of 10 children, who grow up in Christian homes, will not follow the Lord as adults. It is the heart of The Apollos Project to change this statistic by equipping parents to disciple their children and children to share their faith.

The Apollos Project is dedicated to helping parents pass the Christian faith on to their children. We believe God's plan is that our children be like Apollos of old: strong in their faith, well spoken, humble, zealous, dedicated to spreading the gospel and building up the church (Acts 18:24-28). We write to help equip parents to take an active role in the discipleship of their children. Passing on the faith is first our job. Could the lack of training of parents be one reason so many children (50%) walk away from the Lord?

To that end Pastor, founder of the Apollos Project and author of the Fearless Apologetics Student Workbook has put together a couple new resources for the 2012 Fall Semester and 2012-2013 Competition Season:

Fearless Apologetics Coach's Guide
- This guide contains apologetics teaching information, week by week lesson plans, as well as my own teaching notes, all in an easy to follow format - making a difficult topic much less scary! This guide is also designed to follow the same format as the
Fearless Apologetics Student Workbook.

Fearless Apologetics Online Video Series
- This series has been developed to follow the same structure as the Fearless Student Workbook and the Fearless Coach's Guide - 100 questions broken down into 24 topics. Each 20-30 minute lecture tackles a different topic. (Clubs are already taking advantage of these online video lectures by instructing their students to watch at home and bring their questions to class - saving everyone a lot of time!)

These resources and more are available from the Resource Center of The Apollos Project.
