New Artist Collective Loose Change To Host A Massive, Two-Part Party On July 31 In Chicago

Online, July 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Loose Change, a new Chicago-based artist collective dedicated to supporting and developing talent from Chicago's burgeoning indie/electro scene, will host a two-part day and night party on July 31.

The festivities will kick off at Wicker Park Fest's Center Stage, with an entire day's worth of bands and DJs hand picked by Loose Change members Moneypenny (LoveMoneypenny.com). The line-up features a headlining set from Los Angeles-based DJ LA Riots and performances from Loose Change members Only Children, Kid Color, Gemini Club, and Moneypenny, as well as sets from hometown hip hop sensation Hollywood Holt, up and comers Blah Blah Blah, and resident party dudes Team Bayside High.

When Wicker Park Fest closes down at 10pm, the Loose Change collective will then take the fun over to the Metro for the official after party. The event will be piggybacked onto Metro's monthly 18+ dance party "One Night Stand" and will double as an OFFICIAL pre-party for Lollapalooza 2010. In partnership with Lollapalooza and 2010 official festival sponsors adidas Originals, the event will feature a plethora of giveaways, including three day tickets to Lollapalooza, adidas Originals shoes and apparel, and tickets to various official Lollapalooza after parties. The line-up will feature a headlining DJ set from Ottawa, Canada's Jokers Of The Scene, along with DJ sets from Moneypenny, Midnight Conspiracy, and One Night Stand resident DJs (and Lollapalooza 2010 performers) Team Bayside High.
