New Civil War Novel Wins Top Award in National Book Contest
The romantic historical fiction novel Noble Cause receives highest honors for Best Regional Fiction and was a Finalist in the Romance and Historical Fiction categories.
Online, May 19, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The Next Generation Indie Book Awards has announced that Gettysburg author Jessica James has received first place in the Best Regional Fiction category for her new Civil War novel, Noble Cause.
Released last month in Charleston, S.C., during the 150th anniversary of the Civil War commemoration events, the novel was also a Finalist in the Romance and Historical Fiction categories.
