New coaches "Kando" more for local businesses

Two new coaches to share recipe for success with companies in Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby

Sheffield, 04 August 2010 - In a move that will make its highly effective coaching services available to a greater number of small and medium-sized businesses, Kando Business Coaching today announces the addition of two experienced new business coaches to its team.

The new appointments cap an impressive year of growth for Kando, during which the company has also moved to larger premises in Killamarsh, Sheffield and created other new jobs in telemarketing and business development.

"This expansion of our coaching staff means Kando can now help three times as many businesses in Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby to grow, without diluting our intensive bespoke service," says Managing Director Rudi Jansen. "Our new coaches bring with them years of business experience and success, which our clients can utilise in overcoming the obstacles that stand between them and their goals."

The two new coaches are each successful business people in their own right, with CVs documenting years of success. The first of the new appointments, Robyn-Lee Nichols, ran her own successful property business before selling it prior to the property crash. The second new coach, David Bradshaw, has over ten years of experience as a sales trainer. To ensure they meet the high standards required by Kando, both will be rigorously trained in the unique Kando Business Growth System over the next twelve months.

It is this innovative system that has helped many businesses to build recession-beating success stories in the last twelve months. One client, an IT firm from Mansfield, achieved a higher turnover in the first quarter of 2010 than in the entire first half of the previous year. Another client, a Nottingham-based building company in business for over 23 years, has already reached £1 million turnover this year - an amount greater than its takings for the whole of 2009.

"We plan to expand further by adding at least four more coaches to the Kando team by the end of 2011," explains Rudi. "However the most important thing is that we continue to get outstanding results for our clients. That means hiring the very best business coaches, who can help local businesses to achieve maximum success using our unique methods."
