New Copper Door Restaurant Breaks Ground in Bedford, NH

Great NH Restaurants' Latest Concept Slated to Open at End of 2011

The Copper Door, which has been in the planning stages for over a year, is underway with site work beginning on the 2-acre portion of the 36-acre parcel that is located on the busy Route 101 just across from the Bedford Police Station. Tom Boucher of Great NH Restaurants, owner and CEO of T-BONES and Cactus Jack's, announced his new concept, The Copper Door, in December of 2010 with plans to open by the end of 2011.

Location was crucial in moving forward with Boucher's Copper Door concept. The developers of the new Bedford Hills development provided a high visibility and high traffic site that is part of a multi-faceted, well-thought-out park. Along with the Copper Door, the development will include a coffee shop, bank, and medical office building. This new concept will feature an "elevated, yet casual dining experience." "In a nutshell," Boucher explains, "The Copper Door will be tasteful, but not stuffy!" The entrance to the development will be off of Old Bedford Road across from the Constitution Drive office loop.
