New Features for Virto Kanban Board Web Part and Virto Workflow Actions for Office 365

LOS ANGELES, November 12, 2019 (Newswire.com) - ​Virto Workflow Actions for Office 365 is a set of extensions for creating and managing workflows, automating them and adapting them to user goals.

The newly released function for Virto Workflow Actions for Office 365 allows the possibility of copying and moving folders. This new action makes it possible to create a copy or change the location of a folder in a list or in a library on the site.

The Virto Kanban Board Web Part is a tool that presents SharePoint lists as handy kanban boards. Multi-colored boards can be easily moved between the columns and track projects, which makes task management easier and more efficient.

Some new features that were created for Virto Kanban Board Web Part involve:

• Scroll for columns

If the column is too long and includes many tasks, its length will be reduced, and when the user hovers over it, a scroll will appear. Also, it is possible to scroll the entire board using the scroll bar on the right.

• Interactive search

Using the new function, users are allowed to control the search by displaying only those tasks that correspond to the entered values.

• Swimlanes sorting

Added the ability to sort manually.

• User mentioning in comments

Using the @ sign and adding a name, users can mention a specific person in the task if their attention is required. The specified user will be notified that there is a comment for him in the task.

• Image preview on a task card

Added the ability to preview the image and enlarged the photo field on the task editing page.

• Comment value in notifications

The new feature includes the content of the comment in the email. Users can read the contents of the comment without going to the board.

• ‘Fill-in’ choices fields support

This is a new feature that helps add a new selection to the type fields in the SharePoint Kanban Board interface.

• Clone ticket

Now users have the opportunity to clone select tasks; this can be done by using the drop-down list.
