Online, December 9, 2010 (Newswire.com) - New Fitness Company Trains Everyone Like an Athlete at Combat the Fat Boot Camp!
Jackhammer Strength Training provides small group training in an atmosphere conducive to success. Some of the things we do include medicine balls, kettlebells, body weight training using TRX suspension straps, boxes for plyometric drills, and sandbags to improve core strength. Nathan Jordan is the owner and is a Certified Fitness Trainer through The International Sports Sciences Association ISSA, is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Wellness & Fitness, and is studying to be a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Camps will be in Hilliard or Dublin, Ohio. Their will be time slots in the mornings and evenings with camp offerings being Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Classes will be 45 minutes long and everyone will be given a plan to follow for three additional days per week that they are not in class. Camps will be limited to no more than 12 people to ensure personalized attention to get everyone the best results possible in a minimal amount of time.
