New Footwear Company - Kicks™ is Set to Launch on Kickstarter

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., August 29, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Kicks Footwear announced today they are launching a new shoe brand named Kicks™ on Kickstarter set for Aug. 29. With the first 50 backers that pledge $48 or more having the chance to get a pair. Backers can choose color and size after the campaign is successful.

The Kicks themselves are designed with modern shoe materials to keep them very light. Their Feather Upper is a quality knitted mesh material that's extremely breathable and lightweight; it allows for any design pattern and color. The Feather Lower is EVA material in the soles that is "rubber-like" in softness and flexibility but much lighter. A men's size 11 only weighs 1.2 pounds, about 8 Oz each shoe.

The owner, Sean Ryan has been doing marketing for over a decade selling products and shoes for large online retailers and saw the massive markups major brands have on their shoes. He wanted to cut the cost of overhead and run a lean and mean footwear company that passed the savings on to the consumer. Sean said they plan to launch Kicks Kids, where if a kid grows out of their shoes, parents can send the shoes back and get 50% off towards the next size. Kicks™ eventually plans to have free shipping worldwide and free Express shipping in the U.S.
