After acquisition of Zagat, Google uses their 5 star review system for Google+ Local. This new review system gives the reviewer a choice of rating from 0 to 3, with zero being the worst. These ratings are then translated into a factor of 10. Score from 25-30 indicates that you are the best and a score from 0-5 indicates that you are the worst.

Google has also made it harder for your customers to leave reviews. Now the customers need to join Google+ social network in order to leave a review.
