If a workstation fails, any other terminal can retrieve the order, since all orders are distributed to all stations at the end of each transaction. If a kitchen printer fails, all orders automatically get transmitted to the designated 'back up' printer allowing your operation to continue without interruption or downtime.

Optional Back Office Software
When more advanced sales, labor, inventory, and management reports are required; the optional PC Workstation can be utilized to extend Reflection's capabilities. A powerful Microsoft Windows® 7 software package designed to extend POS management functions onto a back office PC, PC Workstation resides on an in-store PC and communicates in real-time with the POS terminals across the LAN to provide extensive sales and labor reporting functionality as well as data archiving.

Cloud-Based Reporting
