New Jersey Brand Marketing Advertising Agency Brandspa Scores Big for NonProfit Client NJCTS
Online, June 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - When USA World Cup Team goalkeeper, Tim Howard, selected the New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome and Associated Disorders (NJCTS) as his charity in Pepsi's recent online giving contest, brand marketing agency Brandspa sprang into action for its client. Brandspa created the core communications strategy that motivated people to go online and vote. By executing Brandspa's recommended online and traditional communication tools, NJCTS secured enough votes to win the $50,000 first prize grant.
"Corporate online giving contests can easily overwhelm the resources of a not-for-profit," said Brandspa's CEO Allan Gorman. "So our strategy was very streamlined, focused and engaging allowing NJCTS to maximize this opportunity while still providing the needed support services and advocacy that NJ families rely upon."
The $50,000 will help create an advocacy program for children with disabilities to cope and deal with teasing, bullying and low self-esteem.
