New Oil Well Project in Kansas Seeking New Investors

The Warner Lease Project is located in area with existing, long lasting production.

Patriot Financial Group is pleased to present our one producing oil well and one salt water disposal well project scheduled for the Spring of 2011. This project is located in Butler County, Kansas and is surrounded by existing and long lasting production. The wells scheduled to be re-worked will be to the Mississippian Oil Formation at a depth of 2710 feet to 2827 feet. The wells are relatively shallow in nature and are inexpensive by today's standards to develop maintain, and operate. Cash flow will begin almost immediately and all work will be completed in about four weeks.

Alex Barta, the President of Patriot Financial Group is pleased to bring this opportunity forward. "In our 11 year history, this program has absolutely the largest up side potential of any project that we have ever undertaken. The Mississippian pay zone is very well known in Butler County, Kansas and once we have re-activated the Warner #1 well and the salt water disposal well, we plan on mapping the entire 80 acre lease. Based on 10 acre spacing, we have the ability to drill 7 more Mississippian producing wells. What is most exciting is that there was a well drilled on our lease back in the late 1950's that produced 100 barrels of oil per day. This will be our second well on the lease and it represents a one month payback for our investors. The Warner #1 has been producing oil since 1978 so the long term prospect for the recovery of oil on our other wells is excellent."

PFG is seeking financial partners for the Warner Lease Project and will work with investors of varying levels of financial commitment. PFG seeks to establish a long-term relationship with all of the company's investors by providing substantial returns, thereby encouraging those investors to re-invest their profits with PFG in future opportunities.

Founded in 2001, PFG has distinguished itself in the Oil and Gas industry from its inception. The company has struck oil on all twenty of its wells in Texas and Oklahoma, including sixteen in Nowata County, Oklahoma, three in Seminole County, Oklahoma, and one in Matagorda County, Texas. PFG has conducted extensive research in the Oil and Gas industry to bring investors the very best opportunities that exist on the market today. The projects that PFG endorses are unique situations available exclusively through our firm.
