BEIJING - The American Independent Capital Group, Inc (AICG) / Sam Arnold, an international company that provides assistance to innovative enterprises seeking capital funding for business projects, has reached an agreement to secure 300 million US dollars to fund the development of the VF Trust's New City of Keno Bay in Sonora Mexico. The New City of Kino Bay will be the world's first resort area designed to be completely "clean and green" environmentally.
The VF Trust is a revocable trust established in California in 2006 and administered by Christian Vahab, an inventor and entrepreneur. The Trust intends to build the world's first completely "green" resort project on the Sea of Cortez in the state of Sonora Mexico. The project will be named the New City of Keno and will be a complete community with single family water front homes, ample green park areas, a large golf course, multi-family residential housing, shopping centers, an indoor shopping mall, casino, and industrial parks supporting clean manufacturing processes. The New City of Keno Bay will eventually accommodate 100,000 inhabitants and 5,000,000 visitors annually.
The project is expected to provide new local employment in the areas of tourism and services, high technology, and financial services. One of the goals of the project is to attract new light industry companies to open production and R&D facilities at Kino. This will attract highly educated professionals to the area, and provide training and employment for local fisherman and farmers.
Providing clean power to the new city is at the core of the project. Using proprietary clean energy technology developed by Christian Vahab, the project will include the development and fabrication of a hydrogen fuelled electrical power plant. This plant will use clean hydrogen gas, produced on site on demand, as its fuel source. The power that will be produced is carbon free, clean, and with zero carbon dioxide emissions.
AICG will partner with its institutional lender contacts to meet the funding requirements for the New City of Kino. The projected start date for initial site preparation is the third quarter of 2010.
