New Retirement Homes Launched in Lincolnshire

Online, August 24, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The new retirement homes are part of an exclusive community development at The Croft, which is located in Bourne. The new homes for sale in Lincolnshire have been built in a joint venture between Keystone Developments and Larkfleet Homes who are two house building organisations in the Lincolnshire area.

The Croft integrates a manor house that exists on the site and will be refurbished to offer a range of exclusive amenities and facilities for residents on the site. A total of 68 one and two bedroom single-storey homes and three bedroom houses have been constructed and there are landscaped grounds, gardens and courtyards on the new development.

The house builders are also offering a range of initiatives to help buyers move as well as offering buyers a choice of finishing design options which will enable them to personalise their new homes.
