New Site Educates Homeowners About Keyless Door Locks
Online, November 6, 2010 (Newswire.com) - A new site is hoping to get more homeowners to use keyless door locks and entry control systems.
"Safety and home security are the number one things on homeowners minds. With the newest generation of embedded electronics, we're seeing unprecedented low prices on high security door locks," says Jesse Keefen, webmater of Keyless Door Lock Central.
Keefen also emphasizes that these new locks are not just for commercial installation.
"What we're seeing is a trend to more high-tech furnishings going into residences. Of course some of the high end electronic locks are overkill for household use. But for the most part, what was just 5 years ago considered strictly for commercial use has infiltrated the home market," says Keefen.
Despite the bad economy, Keefen is optimistic about the future.
Keefen explains that "It's exciting. We can't wait to see what the next 5 years bring for electronic door control. I predict some homeowners will consider RFID implants. These door locks are very handy for consumers. Many people make the switch and are pleasantly surprised at how much easier and safer it is."
The website, available at http://www.keyless-doorlocks.net/, will soon feature video reviews of electronic access systems and offer consumers recommendations for their budget.
