New Teen/Tween Web Series Releases Pilot Episode With Alex Dale And Carly Peeters
Online, October 30, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Wild Monkey Productions has launched its new comedy web series, "Up In Arms" (www.youtube.com/UpInArmsComedy) geared toward teens and tweens. Each month, the two teen and tween hosts, Alex Dale and Carly Peeters, will recruit teen and tween actors to "interact" with America through interviews, pranks and music - interacting with America has never been funnier. In the first episode, "Who is smarter...boys or girls?", Alex and Carly ask a variety of questions to people (and one half robot) to settle the battle of the sexes once and for all. The show will be showcased on YouTube primarily at Up In Arms Comedy and shopped with major networks. In the future, the format will include celebrity interviews, teen/tween news and entertainment segments and comedic pranks/sketches.
The SAG New Media show will be filmed monthly and was created to raise funds for the education and research of treatment for children suffering from Scheuermann's Kyphosis - a spinal deformity. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Pediatric Spinal Deformity Endowment in Los Angeles.
