Special order jewelry is completed with the following process:
Step 1

Contact our customer service department so that we can discuss your ideas and establish a clear understanding of what you expect. (email photos are helpful).
Step 2

Price quote will be given after obtaining the following information: jewelry design, materials costs, labor required and expected delivery date. Note: Custom sizing for fit is covered by your quoted price.
Step 3

Custom bead work agreement - confirming price quote specifications.
Step 4

A non-refundable payment - 50% of the total payment must be received by me before any supplies are ordered and any work begins. The balance is due when the piece is finished and ready for delivery.
Step 5

When your custom jewelry is finished we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.The email will include a photo of the finished piece for a final review. Upon receiving the final payment, the order will be delivered.
