ATA's Bill Graves to Address Technology Challenges for Pegasus
TransTech User Conference Keynote

Tampa, Fla. Pegasus TransTech has announced the topics Gov. Bill Graves will address in his keynote at the Pegasus TransTech Users Conference in Clearwater, Fla., on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. A former Kansas governor, Graves is president and CEO of the American Trucking Associations (ATA).

According to Karen Blanchard, Director of Marketing for Pegasus TransTech, Gov. Graves will update the conference on recent accomplishments of the ATA and the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) on transportation technology. The ATRI is the research arm of the ATA.

"Gov. Graves will outline the challenges facing the trucking industry related to technology and their likely impact in the years to come," Blanchard said.

Graves served two terms as governor of Kansas before taking the reins of the ATA in 2003. Born in Salina, Kansas in 1953, Graves grew up working in the family business, Graves Truck Lines.
