“Fresh ideas and perspective always help our team innovate and keep up with our growth. For anyone interested in growing professionally, our careers are great places to start. We’re looking for individuals who are interested in long-term work in this field. Generally, Next Generation Enterprises leaders are promoted from within our organization, so we want people who are interested in and passionate about our industry,” continued Justin.

New associates will receive training on the techniques the company uses as well as on general business skills and best practices. “We really want to arm all our team members with the tools they need to be successful. We teach them how to network with anyone. We teach them leadership skills that they can apply to any project they’re working on. We really invest in each person because that’s what helps our company continue to grow,” said Justin.

Hiring Grads Is a Way Next Generation Enterprises Works to Boost Local Economy

“Englewood, California has been a really great place for Next Generation Enterprises to thrive and grow, so we’re always looking for ways to give back to the community. One of the best ways we can do this is by hiring others to join our team,” said Justin. “There are a number of different economic impacts a business has on its community and each one is important.”

“First, businesses have a direct and obvious impact on an area. They pay employment, sales, and income taxes. They pay licensing fees, they rent office space, and buy printer paper. Each of these purchases goes directly into the local economy,” explained Justin.

“Then, there’s the indirect impact. For example, if our team decides they want a service to come in and keep the coffee maker full, or we hire a cleaning person, that creates more jobs and opportunities for other businesses. Finally, there’s the impact each individual has when they take their income and go out to eat, buy homes, and otherwise engage in the local economy. If you add up these impacts and multiply them over a number of years, hiring an associate is a great way to boost the economy.”
