Next Level Associates Set Sights on Lofty Goals for 2017

​The Next Level Associates team recently announced goals for 2017. Company President, Andrew, indicated that this will be a major year for the business’ growth.

The Next Level Associates team has repeatedly achieved great things since the sales and marketing firm opened its doors. According to Andrew, 2017 is going to be the best year yet. At the start of the first quarter, he and his team sat down to plan the coming months.

“We knew we wanted to really accelerate our growth,” he said. “Setting clear and ambitious goals is vital to achieving this end. Without something tangible to work toward, there is no way to measure the value of the amount of time we are spending, and time is the most valuable asset we have.”

In 2017, the Next Level Associates team aims to expand into five new markets along the east coast. Thanks to the work they have invested into leadership development, the group is confident that this growth will allow them to greatly boost the visibility of the brands they promote. Additionally, they plan to increase their sales production by 35 percent.

“This kind of growth is going to require some new talent,” Andrew said. “We will be bringing on 20 new team members to help handle the campaigns we’ll be running. This is going to be a big year for us and we have the resources and opportunities to make it all happen.”

Next Level Associates’ President on Goal-Setting Techniques

Per Andrew, the Next Level Associates approach to goal-setting includes addressing objectives on the first day of each year, month, and week. In doing so, the associates create their strategic and tactical plan of action.

“During these planning sessions, we create goals for our production, growth, network expansion, and personal goals,” he indicated. “A big part of the process is also planning how we will achieve those goals. Ultimately, they are worthless without self-accountability, so we talk very often about creating habits that make our goals accomplishable.”

Andrew asserted that goal setting is a meta-skill that benefits all other aspects of business. Clearly stated objectives improve focus, leading to more optimized use of resources and time. Additionally, goals clarify decision making because they offer well-defined, desired results.

He added that through their goal-setting efforts, the New Level Associates team members have achieved better communication. The clarity offered by common objectives creates a type of shared language with which everyone in the company can interact.
