"After what had happened in 2008 and 2009 the lending world really started to shut down. From 2000 to 2007 it was kind of the wild wild west. Loan programs were very aggressive and almost anybody who wanted a loan could get a loan. Then from 2009 through 2011 it went the opposite way and the regulations became really strict overnight. Since 2011 though it has started to loosen up. We're obviously never going to go back to the pre-crisis days, however, I do think that we're getting to a little more reasonable level.
